
Funding Options
Resource, Support, and Development, Inc. (also known as RSD Inc.) is a private, non-profit Montana-based (501c3) corporation that was established in 1974 to provide an array of community-based supports and services to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. We currently provide services in Billings, Lewistown, Hardin, and Red Lodge but we are always willing to provide supports in other communities.
Most of our services for people with intellectual disabilities are funded by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS). Every person wanting admission to services funded by the (DPHHS) are first referred to determine if they are eligible for funding. Once determined eligible, he/she is assigned a case manager and will be placed on the state-wide waiting list.
